For most students that get trained at Noah Tennis Academy, our coaches use a one-on-one physical tennis training module, a few groups or doubles exercises might also be taught. However, on the occasion, if any student needs extra attention and/or extra physical work, then the parents/guardians will be informed of this.

Typically throughout the training module specific physical work is assigned to students in singles, doubles and groups. This would include any of the following activities, warm up exercises, cool down exercise, serving, running, hitting the tennis ball, and other physical activity. .
